Detroit Native, Ashley Maltbia-Burgess is a passionate entrepreneur focused on financial empowerment.
After graduating from Howard University, Ashley relocated to Atlanta,GA where her entrepreneurial spirit was ignited and she began a career in Commercial Real Estate serving as the Vice-President of Industrial Investment Sales. As one of very few African-Americans and even fewer women in Commercial Real Estate, she quickly excelled and was featured repeatedly in the Atlanta Business Chronicle. She simultaneously went on to obtain an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland, University College and launched her own business. Ashley Maltbia-Burgess is an Allstate Agency owner in the Atlanta area. Ashley is a conduit, providing a financial voice to under- served communities. She continues to mentor and service the community through volunteer efforts and entrepreneurial mentorship to cultivate the next generation of business leaders. Not every generation has to start from the bottom and Ashley has made it her mission to educate, serve, and provide the resources needed to enrich our communities.
